Rebecca Assignment 2

Using critical digital literacy skills to evaluate online information related to AI privacy concerns.

This time I'm going to use my digital literacy to discuss the risk of AI(GPAIS) compromising privacy.

-What is GPAIS?

(GPAIS) Generalized Artificial Intelligence Systems (GPAIS) are high-level artificial intelligence systems that are capable of effectively performing a range of different tasks.

-How was AI working?
The basic principle of AI technology is to mimic intelligent human thinking and behavior through computer programs and algorithms.

-The risk of compromising
  • Data leakage, unauthorized access or hacking may result in sensitive data being exposed.
  • Misuse or abuse of data.
Data collection and storage, when AI systems collect and store large amounts of personal data, failure to properly protect this data can lead to leakage.
Data Processing, Processing data without applying adequate anonymization or differential privacy techniques may expose personal data.

“General-purpose AI systems (GPAIS) have demonstrated remarkable capabilities across a wide range of tasks, but these systems also pose significant privacy risks.”

-WHY BE COME AN ISSUE?

As the AI tethering processing center stores large amounts of personal data, it increases the risk of leakage, which allows criminals in society to take advantage of the situation. Cybercriminals use AI-generated fake content to commit fraud, increasing the risk of privacy breaches and cybercrime.

-THOSE GROUP OF PEOPLE WILL BEEN AFFECTED
  • People who use AI to generate essay
  • A painting automatically generated by AI based on the photos provided.
  • AI smart home
